Came in excellent condition and performs as specified. Solid machine. Used primarily for web browsing and Office, for which it performs very well. Battery life seems to be 3-5 hours depending on type of usage.

I typically only use high end computers and when I saw this deal on a Dell Latitude, I knew I’d better not pas it up as a spare that my whole family can use. I connected it to a docking station and run two high resolution monitors and other externals. So, it is great at home and it’s easy to pack up as laptop when you are leaving the house. Good quality and runs with speed.

I purchased one of these for Ma for Christmas. I insisted that she open it early, due to the fact that her old one's screen was quite damaged. She set down her purse on the laptop too firmly and heavily damaged the top-left portion of the screen. I didn't want her to have to look at that terrible mess any longer. This was a considerable upgrade from her previous laptop. i5 quad core (Whiskey Lake) vs i5. dual core (Sky Lake), 32GB RAM vs. 16GB RAM, Windows 11 vs. Windows 10 and 1TB internal storage vs. 128GB internal storage. We both noticed that the Dell is significantly faster/more responsive and she approves of Windows 11 with which the HP was incompatible. She doesn't game, but it does everything she needs it to do. Screen quality — flawless. Straightforward and easy for her to use after I configured/set-up the operating system and installed drivers and software. I recommended battery optimization, which I performed (instructions included). Everything seems to function well. I've purchased refurbished computers/hardware in the past, and I've never been disappointed — nonetheless here.

I ordered this refurbished PC about 5 month ago and it worked great until last week, when I began having a critical error message pop up during boot and intermittently during use. The message: Dell SupportAssist has detected a failing component on your system that requires immediate attention. Service tag 6T00N33, Error code 2000-0511, Validation code 79809. Fan - The (Processor Fan) fan failed to respond correctly. Following the QR code, it tells me that the device is outside of warranty and/or no longer supported by the manufacturer. I've only lightly used this product for less than 5 months, so for it to be failing critically at this point is completely unacceptable. Contacted seller for resolution, as it's outside of Amazon's refund or return policy. The most labor intensive software I use on it is Studio One for recording music. No gaming, no hard use, nothing that would defect the hardware in such a short period of time. Save yourself the money and frustration and look elsewhere. Update - seller replied with a boilerplate "sorry you didn't buy a protection plan or extended warranty" message. Avoid them; this is not a reasonable malfunction to occur after 5 months of owning a refurbished item and they hide behind the (for some reason now socially acceptable) policy of "buy reassurance that what you buy will actually work" instead of just selling a product worth buying.

I love my “new used” computer! It did take awhile to get it updated and set to my likings. This was a WIN10 laptop that could be updated to WIN 11, and has all the whistles & bells on it. I could never have afforded a new computer like this one. It has good battery life and I love the touch screen!

Great computer. For a refurbished computer, this has been great. Lightweight and easy to use.

I'm in heaven! Restored Dell laptop with Windows 11 installed. It presents as brand new, zero dings, chips, stuck pixels, etc... it's a beauty! This machine boots in like 10 seconds, then runs like a rabbit all day! It replaced a Lenovo Thinkpad, circa 2018, tired, long boot, and processing speed diminished over time! This Dell laptop with Windows 11 and Intel chip set core i5 vpro, 8th gen, is wickedly fast for my need anyway! I'm not a gamer so I can't speak to that but if your needs are relatively simple, this machine is all you need! Luv it!

I love the laptop for its size and processing speed, I think it's a great deal. Yet I don't give it a 5 stars because it gets super hot for no reason, even when the fans have good ventilation, also the battery does not last as I expected, it dies so fast.

Writing this after a week. Got it for my daughter, amazing specs and good screen. There is a minor scratch on the screen but that is ok, does not create any problems.

The Chromebook works well but just doesn't work for what I needed. Can't access the work server..that was the reason I purchased it.
