The GOOD: 1-Extremely fast delivery. I ordered the tree on April 26 and today is April 28 and it has been delivered this morning at 10am. 2-The tree looks very healthy and the soil in the pot is still well wet. 3-There are loads and loads of tiny buds all over the tree, some are about to bloom and already showing some red colour. The OK: 1-Tree is not straight, it is tilted to one side, but I guess when I move it into larger pot I can adjust and fix this. 2-Tree is not 1 meter tall. I just measured it and it is 70 cm tall from top of the pot til tree top. The pot is 20 cm tall so together that makes 90 cm. Though it's not as advertised I guess the tree will eventually grow to be 1 meter or perhaps even higher. Not a big problem but not great either! The BAD: 1- Tree arrived well packed but two of the twigs have been broken. If it would have been only twigs with green leaves I would have said it's ok but it was twigs with blossom buds on them that now will never come to bloom because I had to cut them off with a sharp scissors. That's bad, not a huge problem as the tree has plenty of other twigs but it is bad. So reviewing 1 bad thing, 2 things that were ok and 3 things that are great I conclude I can give 4 stars with a good conscience :) I have added photos too. You can see the tilted main stem. Update, May 5: Now the tree is in full bloom and the blossoms are showing. I correct my initial 4 star rating to 5 stars. It is just a wonderful lovely tree!

Delivered straight to my daughter as a gift for her new home. A little disappointed it didn't have any flowers on it so I needed to send her a picture of what it will look like when it does. The plant is nice and healthy but comes in a small and flimsy plastic pot; it definitely needs repotting straight away.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I can honestly say I didn't expect to much,the tree arrived in superb condition and far exceeded my expectations. Really healthy, great price.

Very disapointed never had 1 flower and died.

Planted before Christmas hopefully it has taken and will start sprouting soon.

The bottlebrush arrived promptly in a nice sized box, it came in a secure pot and the branches were neatly slid into place so none of the leaves or twigs were damaged. The tree was a good size and well established, I had no concerns over needing to baby or coddle it, it was clearly thriving. When the plant arrived it was curled in tight (probably because of the dark packaging and cold weather in transit) but it only took a day or two for it to fully unfurl. The tree had a nice strong root ball and it went straight into the ground without a problem. It has a lovely healthy color to it's leaves and seems to be doing exceptionally well in it's new garden spot. Lovely healthy and strong plant, excellent dispatch and quick arrival minimizing stress to the bottlebrush; I would highly recommend this seller as they obviously take good care of their plants. Edit: update - I planted straight out into the garden after it arrived at the beginning of the year. It has taken so well, lots of new green growth throughout the spring and now that we've reached the summer it has already produced multiple flowers with beautiful red and gold 'brushes' - it is a very 'showy' plant, happy and healthy from word go.
