Great item to help me stay well!
Recommended by my allergist as a precaution due to susceptibility to pick up coughs and colds easily. I see an improvement, not picking up everything going around. Great item!

I no longer get sick.
When I remember to use it after being in a crowd, I never get sick. We are in the middle of the worst flu outbreak in years and I haven’t had a sniffle. With my n of 1, it appears highly effective.

Love this for every day use. We use it after being around others. So far we have avoided getting sick. No taste. Worth money.

Marginally effective
Should work reasonably well for most. However, a long-term troubling sinus problem will not respond to this, as the product is too mild.

Definitely Works
I use this every time I leave the house in cold and flu season. If I forget and start to get the slightest cold symptom, I immediately use it. First spray some into the air to dilute the potency, then into your nose as you breathe in, and it should not sting. It is sure nice not to catch all the colds and Coved type things.
