I bought 1, then bought 2 more. I LOVE the no metal and ease of adjustment. I might have to readjust the length after wearing them a day, but it sure does beat me having to pull my pants back up over my non-existent hips (being a 72 year old man) every 100 steps I take. No metal means easy to wash without banging up your washer and dryer. Very reasonably priced means buy one for every pair of your favorite pants you decide to wear that day.

I'm an engineer by profession, and I write very few reviews, but when I come across a product that is outstanding in engineering design and manufacturing execution, I just have to speak up. Such is the case with these suspenders. I am a big guy. I have had many suspenders over the years, some with metal jaws, some with button attachments, and some with hooks that hooked onto my belt. I won't go into all of the problems that these other suspenders generated for me, but they definitely left a lot to be desired. I find these new suspenders to be absolutely amazing! I first looked at them and was concerned about them slipping off of the pants easily or damaging the material, but they don't. They are easy to connect, don't slip off, the attachments are very well engineered, effectively small, but thick enough to not give way under pressure, with a nice round smooth feel to them. Somebody tackled the age old problems that plagued suspenders, and came up with and properly implemented a very nice solution. I don't wear them under my shirt but on the outside. They don't slip off of the pants, they don't slip off of my shoulders, they are small and don't dig into my sides, they don't scratch up whatever I sit on. I just can't say enough in appreciation. I don't know if you will like them, but I LOVE them!

The suspenders work as advertised, to unobtrusively support a pair of slacks, jeans or short pants. They are comfortable both over and under polo shirts and tees. They are durable and seem well made. Snaps are comfortable and hold well during moderate activity. If you need suspenders to hold up carpenter pants containing a cell phone, pliers, keys, a work wallet and etc. you might want to consider something a little more heavy duty, but much more visible, from the lumber yard.

These are nice. Very good, durable suspenders. Not bad at all. The only issue is you can't open the teeth up as far as metal ones. But otherwise great. The reason you shouldn't bother buying them for airport is because airport sensors will pick it up every time. Sensors don't do metal detecting, they detect if you're hiding something under your clothes. If you're wearing a second layer of sweatpants for warmth, that will be detected. I went through airport security many times with these and every time I get pulled over and questioned why i'm wearing them and they search me. Every time. These are fine for concerts or government buildings, but not the airport.

Quality is ok, but not for against your skin or under your clothes. The buckle sliders are so big and there is so much material it pokes out and looks strange. And it doesn’t feel good. They work fine as suspenders OVER clothes, but that’s not the purpose for which they were purchased - so I had to return. Also the box (one) was labeled “part of a set not for individual sale.” I guess that was only a suggestion.

These are perfect. Exactly what I expected -- that so rarely happens on Amazon. These attach easily to my pants. I still wear my belt because I need to have a way to hang my cell phone with it's belt loop.

I bought this because I often have trouble with my belt being too tight or not tight enough. I get tired of adjusting my belt all the time. As you know, belts can be too tight when sitting, but too loose when you’re standing or walking. I really needed this after recent abdominal surgery and didn’t want a belt squeezing on my belly hurting me or slowing my healing. So it is a great alternative to a belt if you’re having abdominal surgery or had an injury. As mentioned I also use this WITH a belt sometimes to avoid having to constantly adjust my pants and belt. These easily adjust and are easy to remove when going to the restroom. The tightness is easy to adjust as well. They can be hidden on top of an undershirt, but you’ll have to wear your top shirt untucked to hide the clasps. That’s true with any suspenders though. These use clasps, not hooks for belt loops. So if you want to hook them to belt loops, try the ones with hooks. Those with large hands or who have trouble with fingers may want to get suspenders with hooks instead of the traditional clasps like these. If you like the clasps, these are well made and well priced. Arrived as advertised and packaged well. Fast Amazon Prime shipping as usual. Great experience all around! very uncomfortable to wear next to skin. it is heavy duty but there is no attempt to use soft materials that might be comfortable to feel against skin. my ordinary braces are much moe comfortable next to skin.

I’m not that old but my pants were always falling down. Not any more. You don’t know you are wearing anything. And yes, airport security friendly!!

Cómodos y efectivos para aeropuertos. Ajuste de pinza en plástico que engancha perfecto en cualquier parte de pantalón. Son un poco más anchos que otros. Cómodos al usar directamente en la piel. (no raspa como el metal) Funcionan para aeropuerto.
