Vintage Armour Store German Pickelhaube Imperial Prussian Helmet

Was more than satisfied! There were so many options so I took my time, read the various reviews and looked at the photos. Took a chance with this distributor since there was only one photo. It came quicker than expected. It came in 2 boxes, an amazon box and the box it was shipped in from India. The box from India looked beat up and I was worried that it would be crushed or cracked. I opened it up and it was tightly secure in a plastic wrapping. I immediately noticed the pike on the top of the helmet was missing but as soon as I turned the package upside down, it was securely tucked away inside the helm in another bag. It was easily inserted on top and shows via the pictures. I’m not a expert on Prussian WW1 helms but it looks great along the rest of my helmets. I wear about a 7 1/4 size hat and it fits perfect!

It’s just what I wanted, and though there is some small damage at the front of the helmet, it doesn’t detract from the item. Love it!

The media could not be loaded.  usually, I don’t write product reviews just because I often don’t have much to say but this helmet is just so poorly made, and smells like actual cancer.

Excellent workmanship! Great for show or play. Fits good too! Very happy with this purchase!

Arrived earlier than scheduled, always a plus, and was well packaged. My only gripe is that the detail painting, the red & white on the side of the helmet, was either poorly done (on one side) or not completed (on the other side). So, if you don't mind doing a little potential touch-up yourself, this product is well worth it!
