Q: how to change tune ive done everything it said but wont change

There is two buttons on side of bell unit one is for the volume up and down arrows the top one is to change tone it has a bell on it

Q: cant change tune there is no button above volume button

I’m away at the moment so can’t look at mine. However mine has the buttons shown in the Amazon picture. From memory you Chang the tune with the volume button by pressing momentarily. I’ll check when I’m home next week.

Q: what batteries are required please

The part that is in the house plugs into a 13amp socket and the outside is 2x AAA (I think, its a while since) If I remember rightly the batteries came with the unit.

Q: How do i change the the batteries in the main doorbell

The bell push has a little slot at one end. Push the supplied little screwdriver in and pull the case apart. On mine the bell sounder is mains powered.
