The extent to which trans-resveratrol is absorbed by the body through oral ingestion still remains uncertain, however, I do like the notion that the liposomal formulation may enhance overall bioavailability. The capsules are medium sized and convenient to swallow with some water or any other beverage of choice. The packaging arrived securely sealed both internally and externally with a tamper evident seal.That said, so far after taking for over 2 months, I have not observed any significant changes since I began taking this Liposomal Resveratrol by Renue, but it is important to note that the effects of supplements usually take several weeks or even months to notice and something that's extremely gradual over time. Currently, the price point for a 90-day supply seems reasonable.

This is a high quality Resveratrol supplement. I like that it uses a liposomal delivery system to help it get through my system and potentially delivered through my system where needs to go. I also like that it's manufactured in the USA and they actually show the results of their 3rd party testing. I have taken resveratrol before and I know that it's sometimes a waiting game to see if all work, but I know that I'm putting high quality products into my body when I take this.
