Revolutionized my ability to fall asleep!
I have tried SO many things to help my head be quiet and allow me to fall asleep - Calm app, various chemical sleep aids, CBD drops, mediation, white noise, melatonin, etc. etc. - if you know, you know all the things people tell you to try. None of them would reliably help. My husband found the California poppy extract while doing research on more natural sleep aids and for ME, it has changed my entire evening routine and ability to fully relax and fall asleep. It is highly effective for at least 4+ hours so as long as nothing wakes me up after that, I am down for the night. Must admit, I also just enjoy being able to go to bed without over-thinking ;-) AND no "fuzzy head" in the morning like so many other things I tried would do. I have purchased this particular product many times and find it as effective and a much better value than anything else out there.

Great for Sleep and Stress Relief

Great for pain
Love this stuff, I open the capsules and mix it into my morning tea and my sleepy time tea before bedtime it really helps with my pain.

I’m still on the fence, I think they may be helping me sleep one night but then the next night they do nothing. I’m not quite done with the bottle. I don’t think I would repurchase.

More powerful than most other brands I've tried
I've been using California Poppy for a few years almost every night for sleep, but in recent months it seemed that I had developed a tolerance to it. When I first tried this product, I experienced much more pronounced effects including better sleep and feeling relaxed and in a good mood when I woke up. This effect seemed to subside to some extent as I continue to take it, but it still seems more powerful than most of the other brands I've tried.

Made me Nauseous
Made me nauseous both times I took it. I have used other California Poppy products without this effect. I wonder about the purity of this product.
