Not as thick as regular manuka honey but good flavor and nice heat. There is no MGO level on the bottle, so keep that in mind when comparing. However if you're looking for a spicy multifloral honey, this one is a good choice. The only reason for deducting a star is due to the fragile plastic lid that arrived shattered. Luckily the safety seal under the lid was still intact. The price is slightly higher than other brands of hot honey, so that too is something to consider. However, the label does indicate that the ingredients are from New Zealand, which matters when looking for true manuka honey.

Love this honey. Have used it for yrs. Great for strep throat , and as a maintenance drug for bacteria. It's long lasting soothing great size jar good value and nice thickness

Good stuff especially for topical healing of open wounds
