The expiry is 11/2017???

The viability of the product once the bottle has been opened is 3 months. If the expiry date on the package is 11/2017 then this is old stock and I would not use it.

Are these vegan/cruelty free

One (main|) ingredient, Sodium Hyaluronate used to be an animal derivative - but since 1989 has been synthesized from vegetables. It does not state on/in the package that the producers are using the synthesised form. The producers are Farmigea, in Pisa, Italy. How do I use? Can’t get drops out. Thank you.

Well first of all you need to unscrew the bottle top and then the bottle is ready to use. Just tilt your head back and raise the bottle and squeeze a drop from it! Sometimes more than one drop comes out. But if you’ve tried this then the bottle is obviously not working properly.
