My dream fridge!
I have this fridge from Home Depot for 3 years! It is amazing! I have no ice-maker issues at all! In fact, whenever I take out ice from the tray, it almost immediately dispenses more ice into it. It is so roomy and so well thought out!

Refill pitcher
I have had this fridge for almost 2 1/2 years. Bought through Lowe’s on sale for $2,800 It is generally a fine fridge, EXCEPT the refill pitcher. This was my favorite feature. About 2 weeks out from the warranty period ( 2 years) it started not refilling the pitcher. It worked randomly for a couple months, then completely pooped out. I had a Samsung service tech come out (that was a fiasco in itself with a no show/call that I restructured my day around and hours spent mostly on hold just talk to someone to schedule.) in which they charged me $120 just to diagnose. He guessed it needed a completely new part that would cost me $470 to replace. If that didn’t work, they would just keep replacing parts until it worked… all at my expense. All this with only a 90 day guarantee that it would work. I paid him his $120 and said no thanks. The fridge LOOKS nice. (Even my teenage daughters friends that hang out think it’s the coolest fridge) but I couldn’t recommend it to anyone for these reasons. Maybe American made appliances would be better…

GARBAGE!
They are infamous for icemaker issues. Contacted customer service who admitted to knowing there's an issue but refused to make it right. Estimate to fix was $700
