The packing was very nice in my opinion, sleek and straight foward. The product itself is well made and durable, and it came with all the tools needed for the installation. It was my first time ever changing tubes or tires on a bike but it comes with instructions and a QR code to a video that really breaks it down for you. Great product. It's nice that it comes with the tooling to install the tube. The bonus is that it's plastic. I bought a thousand dollar e-bike and when it showed up the tire was flat, so I had to get a tube. I didn't want to damage the rims getting it off, so it was nice that the tools were plastic. Fifteen minutes and had the tube replaced and it worked like a charm.Great packaging, the instructions were a little hard to see (I'm 50 years old) due to the small sized font, but it was not hard to figure out.Overall I would highly recommend this product and would purchase again if I needed it.

My new lectric xp4 ebikes hat flat tires after a week and 20 miles on them. The Lectric ebike co had a batch of bad tubes. They reimbursed me for purchasing new ones.These had great reviews so I purchased 3 boxes. Each box has two tubes. They feel good. Thicker than the originals. Bought extra set for when I'm out on the trails just incase. I carry an electric tire pump as well. Good price may not ever need the extras but I have them if needed. I would recommend these.Randy

I think that there is something going on besides the inner tube but the fact that it's popped so many times with it being supposedly flat resistant leakage and all that I think that it's definitely not the best item I wish I could get my money backEdit: they reached out and rectified the situation and sent me replacements

I inflated to 10 lb upon receipt and submerged them. All good, no leaks. The yellow plastic valve tools are a joke! Both sheared off immediately while trying to remove the valve to deflate. Good tube's, crummy accessories, totally recommend.
