I’ve only been taking these (2 capsules not the recommended 3 daily) for 2 weeks and have already noticed that I sleep better and no more night sweats. If you going thru perimenopause, I would give these a try. The capsules are a little big, but that’s not an issue for me. Some vitamin supplements are larger than these.
