Works like a charm

We have yet to use the product but getting the cover on was a 2 person chore. The zipper is tiny, flimsy and some how sewn in crooked so avoiding getting the material or zipper material caught in the zipper was difficult. I suspect this zipper will not last a month-certainly not if we have to remove the cover for laundering.

I do a lot of reading on my iPad and noticed I was suffering from neck strain. I requested this item and I have notice a big difference when i'm reading on my iPad. I feel better supported. The zipper I feel is flimsy and can break when taking the cover on/off at any moment which is why I deducted one star.
