Glue is not so strong. It can't hold the carpets.

Touch it and you will know it's not double sided. Its transparent or clear. That's all. Ineffective the carpet still slips. Please don't waste customers money with poor grade products.

It has very low sticky tape. So guys don't waste your money on it. And don't trust on this tape

It sticks better to the fingers than to the carpets!!! Not as I had expected after reading the ad.

Item not good for the purpose,

I’d absolutely buy this product again. It’s the only thing I’ve found that will keep my squishie Gel Pro kitchen rugs/mats from shifting throughout the day. I just cut strips and put one at each end. Works even for the long runner style mat! Update 4/2023. I still love this rug tape it literally has held up for a long time, years. I’ve used it on tile, factory made wood flooring, and vinyl flooring. It removes leaving no residue, but it’s not super easy to remove. I wanted to share some removal tips. I recently moved and had to remove it and do it at my new place. I tried Goo gone. While this worked, it took a lot of elbow grease. I tried “dry scraping” it, and that was just a pain. The easiest by far was spraying windex on the tape, letting it sit for a minute, and then just scraping/lifting it up gently with a plastic wall paper scraper.

This tape is amazing and not just for rugs! Ive used this tape to hold letters onto sheet metal and also to secure my sectional onto a hard wood floor. My children have a tendency to plop down causing it to shift some. As far as rugs, it works exactly as described. I can vacuum without it sucking up my rugs. So far it seems easy to remove without any damage. Im not sure if the longer it sits if it would pull up flooring with it. I had read a review where you can wash and reuse and that worked as well. Because of it’s million in one uses, i just purchased another roll!

I ordered this to keep my floor pad from slipping under my chair on my wood floor. My pad was clear, so the tape didn't show, which was a plus. Once in place, my floor pad did not slip at all. Word of caution - this is extremely difficult to remove. Mold started to grow under the pad following water from a heavy storm. I'm finally getting the remnants of the pad and the tape removed but it has taken days.

I Used this tape for a runner, it's very clear which I liked. I have a beautiful vinyl floor and the runner I chose was pretty invisible so I wanted the tape to be pretty transparent as well. It was. The hold is great and so is the ease of use, definitely recommend!
