This Camera is so great with 30x zoom 4K 8mp it is so fast moving the camera around ,easy mount, hook up was a breeze ,would by another!

The camera appears to be well built, and the image quality is good. However the camera doesn't follow software setup. There is a place to specify when to use day vs night mode: by schedule, manual, or auto. Neither scheduled nor manual mode work. The software shows that it has been set appropriately, but the camera ignores it. So, this camera is OK if you want to be using it in a typical setting, where it gets to decide how to light the scene. If you want anything different, find another camera.

I missed that it mentioned deep into the description that it doesn't support Mac computers. I usually don't use the camera manufacturer's software anyway, but in this case the product also doesn't provide its MAC address, so I couldn't find it without the manufacturer's software. But Apple won't load the software due to a security issue, see the photo I uploaded.

I still think it's a lot of money for a 8mp camera like this. I guess we're paying for the zooming lens capability for 30x optical zoom. It seems that if you try to pan to quickly, or if there is simply just too much motion going on at once, the picture has some artifacts in it that straighten themselves out afterward. I think it's the CCD or the CPU in the camera that can't handle the full load of 4K resolution.

The 4K quality is excellent, and everything works reliably. Day and night pictures without complaints. And the hardware quality of the product is very high. I can say this is durable as the material is thick and of good quality. The product is great and so is the customer service. Just got this and hooked it up, it's great quality! Definitely better than others I've tested and at a reasonable price.It's easy to install and set up. PTZ is very fast, which I like, and the image quality is good around the edges. I was able to get PTZ to work in Blueiris. It works through Internet Explorer, but that didn't work for me. Night vision is also very clear. It even comes with a mounting kit so you can be sure it's installed correctly. It looks really good after installation. We ordered this dome IP camera for our residents and it works as expected. The camera has an IP66 rating, which protects it from most weather. Be it rain or sun; it can withstand extreme weather conditions. I am very satisfied with the performance and will recommend this camera system to my friends.
