Exactly what I thought it woild be. It easily take more tracks and different trains. It is worth every penny not expensive at all for with what it comes with will definitely buy another when my son gets older

Great set, no problem fits in other train set

This was a favorite toy of my siblings and I when we were kids back in the 90s so I was excited to get this for a young creative kid whose parents one request was that I not get something with batteries. This was perfect for that. This toy is great for creative kids who enjoy both building and playing. The design is really simple so as long as your kid is around 5+ and or has an imagination and good hand/eye coordination, they should be able to build it themselves quickly. This particular track set isn't super complicated, so it should stay together during play as well. If you want to keep on gifting expansion sets, this is great for that as well as it is compatible with pretty much any brand. Great toy imo.

These train pieces are good, except that some of the connecting parts are both a little small on the female side while also a little big on the male side and so they are difficult to put together and take apart for smaller kids. We have the IKEA train sets train track pieces and these match well. But like I said a little bit difficult to take apart and put together sometimes. We particularly like the sharp turn pieces of the small turn track piece! The split track is also very great addition to our collection. Great gift for any little kid!

Kids toy that anyone who likes trains would be excited to get as a gift . Well worth the price for the size of the set , did not measure but I'd say it was at least 3' x 3' when laid out.

These train tracks are so perfect for little kids! They are easy to put together with a large variety of smaller pieces, straight pieces, and pieces that curve. They have held up great through several train derailings. They fit together perfectly, are quality tracks, and function how you would expect. Great toy!

This item is a gift. It arrived well within the stated delivery time and appears to be excellent quality. I'm sure it will last our 4 year old for many years.

Arrived quickly. Tracks were exactly as described. They are compatible with the ikea tracks. The train has a good magnet and runs smoothly. Would buy again.

Who doesn’t love trains. Especially wooden ones.

This is an ideal starter set for kids 3 years and older. The 52 pieces include 4 switches, which greatly increase layout options as well as tracks of varying lengths to help younger children join sections of track together. The workmanship on the tracks is very good. The track couplings are compatible with most major brands of wooden railroads and there is no chance of splinters. I highly recommend it.
