Can someone please tell me the difference between the cf091 and cf092 models - besides the price? i must be missing something in the descriptions.

Accessories are the ONLY difference. CF092 includes Ninja XL™ Hot & Cold Multi-Serve Tumbler. Google "cf091 vs cf092" (without quotes). Website coffeegearathome explains the differences between all the various models, and provides links to Amazon to read reviews and purchase the model you want.

Anyone know where to get a replacement water reservoir? i dropped and cracked mine. i have looked on amazon and the ninja website itself. tia

I did a little hunting for you, and if you call the Ninja number at the bottom of their website they will send you the reservoir. They have a deal called first year first part and they'll actually send the part for free. Have a great day!

My clean button comes on after every full pot is brewed . Is this normal?

It is a design/product defect. OCD me cleaned every time "clean" light came on: monthly with daily use. Worked for about two years. Then light came on weekly or after about five brews. I'd clean and after two brews light came on. AND, it was leaking most of the water (not hot). Husband, being an electrician took it apart. OMG - the pipe was on its way to having a stroke with the calcification build up - which caused the light to come on constantly. Then he noticed that the O-ring was disintegrating - which caused the daily leaks!! Ninja customer service was UNHELPFUL yet they "understand" my being upset. Since it was beyond the one-year warranty, the supervisor (I escalated the call from rep) offered 30% off towards my next purchase. Why would I spend more than $85 on the same machine that broke after less than three years?? We are now researching a new coffee maker. My Braun (old faithful from mid-1990s) is back on my coffee bar - just need to deal with the water reservoir that is part of the coffee maker. It doesn't leak or have steady "clean" light!!
