It Does the job
While I can comment on durability or reliability, I can say that so far it does the job, no issues with TrueNas Scale, 10 SATA drives for a total of 100TB

Works Great Small Defect
If I need another one I would get one. Works exactly as I expected. Allows me to connect 8 hard drives up with no issues. I don't remember off hand, but I don't think I even had to change anything in BIOS to get it working. Not sure if that's just my system or how it's setup. Transfer rates are great and it's a pretty small card.As for the defect it's just one of the metal pieces that goes over the cable, it's slightly damaged. Like it's not connected to the board fully, but from what I can tell it doesn't effect performance at all. I think it's just to stop something from bumping up against the cable, when it's plugged in. I noticed it after I had already put a bunch of stuff together, ran cables, and tested so since it works I don't feel like taking it all out for just that.

FALSE INFORMATION, not RAID at all, it is ONLY an HBA
ok, bought this as it claimed raid and I had a hard time finding the exact model before I bought it to confirm it can or can't do RAIDturns out the 9211 is JUST an HBA, it passes through sata ports(or sas) to the OS ONLYI then found a similar listing for a 9260 that DOES do raid, and having a spare HBA around isn't a bad thing(especially as the 9260 didn't include the cables this one did)but it works, would be 5 stars if I wasn't lied to about RAID capabilities(needed it for my ~8tb raid-5 storage array as windows doesn't allow raid-5 with dynamic disks)
