I really loved the results from this product. I can’t do the powders because I can never stay consistent with them but I don’t mind taking pills. I would take 2 or 3 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon or evening. I started noticing changes within a couple weeks. I am 37, have 2 kids under 10 and went through a terrible divorce in the past couple years so the stress and biological factors really took a toll on my hair and nails. After taking this product my nails quit breaking and my hair came back to life. The little hairs that would never grow at the front/top of my hairline started growing longer and fuller. I had taken the regular VP collagen capsules before this for a few months, with about a 2 month break in between, and I saw much more dramatic results with the beauty edition. **PLEASE READ** Unfortunately I have a very sensitive system. I ended up going to my doctor to try to figure out why I was so incredibly tired. While the doctor didn’t figure it out, I did research on my own and discovered it was likely the biotin in this product that has a very sedating effect for me. I could not function while I was taking it and I started feeling better once I stopped taking it. I am very disappointed because the results were incredible for me, but it’s not worth ruining my life over. I still am leaving 5 stars because I believe most people will not have this issue but I do want to warn others who may be sensitive as well and may not realize this product is the reason they are so fatigued.

I’ve been taking Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Beauty Edition Capsules for a while now, and I love how much easier they are to take compared with the powdered version. The capsules are convenient — no scooping, mixing or dealing with taste — which makes it much more likely I’ll keep using them consistently. I’ve also noticed that my nails seem stronger and that my skin feels a bit more hydrated (though of course it’s a gradual effect). For the price, I feel like I’m getting good value because I don’t have to invest extra time or effort. My only hesitation (which keeps me from giving a full five stars) is that with capsules you may get a lower dose of collagen per serving compared to powder options, so if you’re looking for the maximum collagen amount you might want to compare. But for someone like me who prioritizes ease and consistency, these capsules hit the sweet spot. Highly recommend if you don’t want the hassle of mixing powders.

Not sure it's really doing anything. I seemed to do better with the powder mix. I really don't see any change. Ive done 2 bottles, I won't be purchasing more.
