If there is an issue with the unit, it must be sent back to Korea for repairs. However, they do not ship internationally, so there is no way to get it back once it's sent. Customer service is available only in Korean. To update the songs, you need to purchase update certificates, which cost $15–$25 in Korea but are sold for $60–$100 by most U.S. sellers. Updates can only be done using an Android phone or an exFAT USB. If the update process gets stuck, they require you to send the entire machine back to Korea. However, since they only ship domestically, even if they fix the programming error, there is no way to retrieve your machine. The system will require a half cycle service. Half cycle services can only be completed by a location in Korea. The system will not allow updates without a half cycle service. Once they receive your unit and service it, you must find a way for your system to be returned to you because they do not ship internationally. Also to download the update songs by the app, it will only work if you give it access to: camera, contacts, location, microphone, music and audio, nearby devices, phone, photo and videos on your phone.
