Traction Performance - Colored Chalk (White)

The container it cool and not messy but the powder itself is horrible. No grip at all. Almost feels like baby powder. Chock from big five is a lot better then this product. Would not recommend if you lift heavy weight at the gym

I use this often at the gym specially when deadhanging but sometimes when lifting its useful as well. Depends on what you are working with.

I like it. Don’t need much for it to work. It wears off after about an hour or so but that’s expected. It works as advertised. Highly recommended.
