I just had mallet finger surgery and my entire finger is SUPER sensitive and mad! I had to redo my review, I guess, because I also had a photo of my finger showing the stitches. I just thought it looks painful, because it is, but aside from that, I don't understand why my review was rejected. It's a finger. Maybe some people can't handle finger injury photos with stitches? Don't really know, as Amazon didn't tell me, just rejected my review. I purchased these to help with swelling pain. I can only leave it on for a few minutes, as it gets the finger too cold. You have to be careful when you've had surgery, to not burn the skin of your finger that's just been cut open. I've got several stitches & the surgeon cut along almost the entire length of my finger. Take breaks and cool down again. So much better than heavy, painful, and unforgiving regular icepacks. The material is great because it's not just harsh plastic type material. You can use these cold or hot too. It's a neoprene, glides on well, easing my finger into it. Very happy I found these!

I am a long time sufferer of Gout arthritis. I often get flare ups in my hands. I generally get relief from pain by using ice pack therapy. However, when the swelling and pain is primarily in my fingers ice packs help but are not ideal. I tried these finger ice packs and they are ideal for someone looking for gout relief in their fingers. Any product I find that will help with gout relief, I’m buying. The only reason I did not rate them a 5 is because they only stay cold for about 15 minutes. The solution is to purchase more than you need and swap them out every 15 minutes or so which is what I did. I got the two pack to try them out. I will be purchasing the 5 pack.

I love the two different sizes. These are very useful for my trigger finger. Typing and computer mouse clicking all day at work. These give me some support.

Works okay, doesn’t stay cold very long.

My wife has Raynaud’s phenomenon in her index finger since breaking her index metacarpal bone. It turns blue whenever it gets even slightly cold. This sleeve heats quickly in the microwave (about 8 seconds), is light and comfortable, and restores blood flow to her finger very quickly. She is very happy about how well this works for her.

I was really looking forward to using this and it was disappointing. When it's warm on my finger it feels great but it doesn't stay warm very long at all. You have to keep heating it up and if you microwave it for the amount of time they say it's way too hot! You have to wait and let it cool down or you'll burn yourself then it does it doesn't last very long being hot. So be careful so you don't burn yourself!!!I haven't tried it cold.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Doesn’t keep heat long, and if you follow the instructions by heating for 10 seconds it becomes too hot for direct skin contact. I tried it by only heating for 5 seconds and the heat only lasted a couple of minutes. Overall disappointed
