This unit is great! I went on a hike yesterday and used this today! It was 100% better than stretching! It helped my fatigued muscles for sure! It was simple to set up and easy to use. It is so light weight. I was able to work with it going. I like the different size pads and the fact they are reusable. Not everyone offers this. The ability to do two areas and control them uniquely was great. My non dominant side of the body could not handle as much as the dominant side. It was easy to set up and easy to pack away in the small carry case. I have recurring mid back pain and am looking forward to the relief this has provided already! It can give you just the right amount of stimulation where you need it. The levels start so low I couldn’t believe it.

This is my second Belifu TENS, and it didn't disappoint. This is such a Godsend if you have chronic pain, in my case protruding disks and arthritis. Its greatest feature is being dual-channeled, so you can apply completely different effects to different areas of the body simultaneously. It's durable and easy to clean and maintain and best, you can use it while doing almost any activity thanks to the waist/belt clip (no, of course, DON'T get it wet)! Customer support from the company is outstanding should you need it, and you'd probably spend more on gas in a month that the purchase price of this unit. Well worth the purchase - very satisfied!

If I didn't have a friend who uses this particular brand, I may not have given a good review. The directions are somewhat confusing. Once I received a tutorial from my friend, I like the options available regarding time and intensity of the various pulses. It's helpful to my back, which is the reason for the purchase. Be patient when first using it. Once you find a time and pulse, BINGO! Price was good. Definitely recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. Love this easy to use and very portable TENS unit. Includes a carry bag, cords, charging cable, and 5 pairs of pads of varying sizes. You can choose the type of massage/shiatsu pulses. Highly recommend for aches, sprains, and increased circulation. Will be purchasing as gifts for friends.

Don’t waste your money. The part where your cords go breaks so easily. I literally only used it once and it broke.

I used this TENS unit on all the settings for several hours. I have significant myofacial problems in my neck and back which trigger spasms and severe pain. There are 3 settings that are my personal favorites in particular for my muscular issues. I found it very soothing when I was experiencing painful muscle spasms. It’s also very easy and understandable to use. The stim has a wide intensity range where I was comfortable between a 6-8 setting, and I usually need a setting that is much higher. The longer time limit of 80 minutes compared to 60 minutes is great, particularly if you like longer use. It is compact in size and the clip makes it easy and convenient for wearing. My other TENS units did not have a clip, so if I was wearing something without pockets I had to hold the device if I was moving around. Also the battery lasts a very long time with prolonged and/or frequent use. The value for the price is excellent, and I absolutely love it!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This is my third unit from Belifu! Unfortunately, the first one quit working BUT Belifu replaced PDQ! The replacement came quickly, easily, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service, thank you! When I received an invitation to try the "Belifu Dual Channel TENS EMS Unit, [Upgraded] Large Screen Muscle Stimulator TENS Machine" I was delighted to accept the invitation. This is a great unit; the extra leads are a great advantage. I've had sixteen spine surgeries, shoulder surgery, left hip replacement and in a week, they are doing the right hip. In addition, I'm on the schedule for a double knee replacement. My body has many areas that benefit from using a T.E.N.S. Unit. I've learned that using the gel really helps the pads stay on better, I always use it. I highly recommend this unit! It's easy to use, the battery charge lasts a long time and most of all, it helps relieve my pain. I would pay three, four times the amount for the relief I get from this unit.

Works more for muscle activation as opposed to any kind of Acupuncture or Muscle relaxation simulation. I mainly just feel contractions but my overactive muscles haven’t been able to relax using it. Not sure if I’m using it incorrectly or not, but I don’t notice much difference in the various modes as far as what it does for the muscles. Just rhythm changes really. Didn’t help with my tendinitis at all.
