No issues with delivery as arrived in good condition and on time. On opening the box the item looked good, but the lid felt plastic when using and this I felt should of been metal or hard plastic. The item worked well when drives were inserted and used, with the speed being good, however the smaller drives were a bit tricky to release from holder but this could be down to my large fingers.I would still recommend this drives as made life easier swopping my drives except took a bit longer with small ones. Other than that this is an excellent product and well worth getting if you have extra drives you need files from but don't need sitting in your computer and as you do not need to use screws, just open lid insert drive into it then plug into a Usb port on you computer which makes it easy to setup, install and use. Recommended.

Brilliant product at a good price. Very easy to plug in an old 1Tb hard drive and away you go. Worked straight away.

as for up to 22 TB, I only have 4 TB drives and works fine,speed see image (used,usb 3.2 gen 1port)easy to use, place HDD in dock and push to engange, after usb cable and power plug engaged simply press the raised button.good construction. Designed for use with several drives.Drive is lose in dock. Keep back end supportted if you move unit around while HDD inserted.I picked this over the enclosure, so I can use with the cover open
