The media could not be loaded. Really incredible product! I did a bunch of research as sucrasomial magnesium is the best - although it can be expensive. It’s better absorbed than other forms and I’ve read it is the best magnesium for boosting performance, helping regulate blood pressure and balance blood sugar, improving sleep and apparently it’s good for cardiac health. This one was easy on the stomach and the tablets are a decent size. Legion is also the best as they’re cGMP and third party tested. They also dose all of their supplements effectively. Great brand!
