I use this collagen in my coffee daily. It does not clump and blends in nicely. The price is decent for this product and certainly works for me. I would recommend this brand!

I used a few different brands of collagen before, and I would rank this one as "average". I appreciated that this manufacturer didn't put claims like "tasteless" or "odorless" on their jar, because 9 times out of 10, the product has at least some detectable taste or odor. They do advertise it as "unflavored", which I believe is true, because it doesn't seem to have any added flavoring. The collagen itself does have its own naturally occurring flavor though - while it isn't super strong, I'd recommend not just dissolving this in water. I would suggest putting it in a liquid with a flavor of its own that can help cover the flavor of the collagen (it's not necessarily a "bad" flavor, it's just not a flavor I'd want to make a beverage out of). This jar is quite small, so it doesn't contain many servings. You can get another brand of comparable quality for a lot less per serving.

This product comes with 7 servings, when used as directed. As someone who is new to collagen peptides, I found this container size to be convenient, as it affords the opportunity to try before purchasing a more substantial amount.As it happens, I apparently don't ingest any liquids with a strong enough flavor to mask a full 4 tablespoon serving of this product. For people who make wonderfully complex drinks in their Vitamix every morning, this can probably be slipped in and barely noticed.It occurs to me at times like this that "unflavored" does not mean "flavorless."Overall, it's a lower barrier to entry for someone wishing to give this type of product a try, but too small a number of servings to reasonably expect a result. So, you'd only be evaluating whether or not you can physically ingest it.If you already have a morning smoothie that has room for collagen peptides, then probably just get the larger size.

Did not use this product because of seal being broken

One of the best supplements I've taken over the years is collagen. In college, I was plagued with soft nails, dry skin, and hair that broke easily. I started taking collagen supplements not too long after college and found that they made a great difference in the hardness of my nails and the health of my skin and hair. Sandhu's Collagen Peptides Powder is an easy way to get your daily dose of collagen without having to swallow large capsules multiple times a day. The powder easily dissolves in liquid, has little to no flavor, and works just as well as the capsule form. I added a spoon of collagen to my coffee and I could barely taste the powder - the only real indication that there is collagen in the coffee is a barely detectable flavor of gelatin, and honestly, I think I only detect it because I know it's there. The powder dissolved very easily and didn't clump up at all. You can also add it to smoothies, soup, and other beverages, although I would recommend against adding it to tea. I tried it in tea and the gelatin flavor was a bit more prominent, but not unpleasant. I personally prefer it when added to coffee as opposed to tea. The amount of collagen you can add is up to you, although it seems that four tablespoons is the recommended amount according to the serving size. There is no spoon or scoop in the jar, so I just add a heaping tablespoon of the powder to my coffee. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking to take collagen in powdered form.

This collagen peptide powder is very fine and dissolves quickly. It doesn’t clump terribly, but it does clump a bit more than other collagen powders I’ve tried. I mixed it in my coffee and could taste the collagen powder a little, but it's a pretty neutral flavor.The container does not include a scoop, but the serving is in tablespoons or grams so it’s pretty easy to measure.This product’s amino acid profile is on par with other collagen peptide products. The serving size (2-4 T or 10-20 g) is standard. The price is competitive with products of similar size.The quantity is good for testing the product out or for travel, but if you plan to take collagen every day, a container this size will not last long. The product photo of the Supplement Facts shows 22 servings per container, but that is the amount of servings for a 1 lb container. 22 servings of 20 g would equal 440 g per container, and this container only has a net weight of 140 g, or 4.93 oz. This comes out to 7-14 servings per container, depending on if you use 10 g or 20 g servings.

I will start by saying that this collagen is decent value for the price, but aside from that I’m a little disappointed. The package is small and operates as a good sampler pack. While it claims to be flavourless it has a pungent taste that at first resembles that of plain pea protein, and then has an after taste that is both bitter and somewhat sour. It requires heavy duty mixing in order to integrate, so stirring with a spoon took a long time and left clumps. I used a flavoured beverage to try and cancel out the taste, but more that it impacts the overall flavour, and thickens your drink. Poor design and creates a mess when you pull it out. I don’t think I’ll be buying this product again.
