Q: How do you clean this case? It has smudges that I can't clean (probably from rubbing against my wallet in my pocket). None of my other cases do this

I wipe it and my phone down with an alcohol wipe every night. If it won't come off, it's most likely the top layer coming off from rubbing in your pocket.

Q: Is the plug area on the bottom of the case open or does it have a flap to seal it?
