Serves the purpose wonderfully
These fiber capsules do exactly what they're supposed to. If my nutritional intake were more sensible, I probably wouldn't need them, but this is the price I (literally) pay for my choices. And the price is very good - go look in the stores if you doubt that. I take five in the morning and five at night, and voila, problem solved. They are a size that allows for easy swallowing, with no taste or aftertaste, and consistent use makes life much easier.
