Very Good product with excellent operation in daily use value for money

Long time ago, in a land (not so) far away, I was a child in the 70s and my quite poor family at the time had installed an Orient fan in one room of our small home. That fan faithfully served us for about 35 years. So I have always had great admiration for Orient fans.Fast forward about 45 years to today, I needed 4 new fans for my flat, so I chose this one. Alas, it was a horrible decision. Very cheaply made of plastic parts that do not fit properly, and even when standing right under the fan you don't feel any air at all. Apparently the engineers and sales people at this once storied company may not have tested their products well before putting them up for sale. In any case, most former original manufacturers have become assemblers these days. They gather cheapest possible parts from a globalized supply chain and then simply put them together for earning razor thin margins. The name of the game is to make a lot of money by pushing a lot of volume on unsuspecting customers.Don't buy this fan. Too late to bring it down and return it! Just have to learn to live with it now.

The media could not be loaded. Quality is good. Air flow is good. But the only drawback is very noisy.it makes so much noise that u can't have a peaceful sleep. Sound irritates the most.
