I bought two of those as brand new, but surprisingly, one had signs that it had previously been opened and assembled. It wasn't very pleasant to receive a used product instead of a new one.

We have four of these and we love them. My one critique is the screens have different color appearances side by side so they aren’t the best for graphic work. I have to be careful which one I use when designing.
