Excellent product, the price, packaging, instructions and quality of print are all superb. This has saved me buying a new printer. Fitted all the new inks at the same time and it works perfectly having struggled for nearly a year using other alternative (non HP) inks. Very happy.For reference I'm using an old HP Officejet 7510 A3 printer which has now been reborn.

I purchased the smart colour inks for an HP officejet 670 premium printer . Have used the smart ink replacements previously and worked fine, however this time only one of the three colour cartridges worked . I contacted the sellers support via email and unexpectedly received a reply within minutes. I was forwarded a link with a few things to try , though these methods were unsuccessful. I replied to support and was told a new set of cartridges would be sent. These arrived just 24 hours later and working fine. I have rated 5 star because although the cartridges in first order didn't all work, the warranty support has been excellent , fast response and issue resolved so quickly. Ink colour and quality is good for documents.

This looked legit… but my Printer would not accept them. I put the old ones in and it accepted them, but they had no ink… so I’m back to square one. Don’t purchase these…I now need to go to the shop for real ones!

This is the second time that I have ordered cartridges from Smart Ink. I have never had a problem with their cartridges, the print quality is great and the pricing very competitive. However, on this occasion one of the cartridges did not seem compatible and the printer would not work. I contacted customer service and after a few online conversations I was sent a replacement box. This time the cartridge worked perfectly. I am very impressed with this Company and will continue to order cartridges from them.

Carriage level meter actually works!

The colours are muddy I bought another pack with a black cartridge which is ok but it’s more of a dark grey I’ve tried upping the saturation and brightness but the colours seem to just kind of blend I’ve tried a bunch of different colours none are great so if you’re trying to use it to print things to use for a business don’t but if it’s just for documents it’s ok
