Perfect product for shoulder immobilizing. Go for next size
If you are buying this product better go for the next size to what you usually choose. I ordered this for my father after his shoulder bone was fractured. This product is perfect for this purpose and very comfortable too, even doctor recommended this. My Dad size is 36, hence went for M size but the belt was too tight even after putting to the edge of the strap. It was difficult for him to breathe. I had to order the L size which was perfectly comfortable and had excess strap to adjust while sleeping as well.

It’s a perfect fit for an average built person.
Serves the purpose well, good shoulder rest. The shoulder pad doesn’t stay in place but arm is well restricted.
