Quality
This vendor knows their stuff. Ordered a tough to match tricoat paint for Subaru. Everything is as advertised and the instructions are accurate and helpful. Even the flash times between coats are accurate and their instructions for matching the original color during application are spot on.Definitely will use their products again.

Easy to use to refinish a whole panel
Needed to paint a replacement fender for my 2006 Forester. Salvage yard provided a better than good fender. Preparation is key in any auto paint job and this was my first attempt. I don't have a spray booth so I expected some dust to get into the finish, but since the car is 14 years old and has 248k miles, not a big deal. I cleaned the fender to remove any dirt and grime, sanded the old finish to remove any gloss, and wet sanded to provide as smooth a finish as possible. Wiped down with the enclosed prep wipes and applied 2-3 coats of primer. Then it was on to color where 3 coats went on. The color was a deep blue and with it being new, it will probably look better than the original finish. Let the color coat dry about an hour then it was time for the clear coat. 3 clear coats went on to finish the project. There was not a lot of over-spray but a mask and good fresh air flow will keep the fumes down. There was enough paint to finish the one panel. The final color was darker possibly due to the original finish being faded from 14 years of sun exposure.

Pretty good color match
Product instructions seem to assume familiarity with this particular pen style. After some trial and error the pen was "primed" and could be applied to the included color match card. Takes some getting used to and at this point I could not tell you if I prefer this pen to a brush-in-the-cap type applicator for larger chips.

Prefect color match pens
The color was an exact perfect match for my 2013 Legacy. I was able to touch up dozens of road nicks without any problem with the paint. Keep it capped when not actually painting because it'll start getting gummy otherwise. I initially had it uncapped going from nick to nick and it was starting to thicken. The clear pen I found to be tricky to use. It wasn't thin enough so when trying to add a clear coat it would've created a raised area where I touched up the paint. So I just didn't use it. Instead I put 2 coats of wax over the touched up areas and called it a day. It's been a few weeks now in rain and sun with no issues. Touch ups are holding up great and virtually unnoticeable. In hindsight I would've bought a version with a paint brush. The pen was a little wide at times when scratches end in a point. A brush version would provide a finer paint tip for thin scratches or you could use a broader brush for larger scuffs. It would be more versatile but I am in no way disappointed with these pens. Great color, durable paint, affordable kit... exactly what I needed.

It helps
Was a good match. Helped clean up my front bumper a bit. Far from perfect.

It Made My Scratch On My Car Look Worse
Well, I followed the directions to a T. Not only did it not help get rid of the key-scratch on my door, but it now looks like someone smudged glue over it to try and cover it up. Did I try and cover it up with glue? Nope, but I certainly followed the directions that whoever sold me the product left me.I followed the directions to a T, and now my car looks worse than it did before. Don’t buy this. It’s a waste of money and may cost you more money to repair the smudges it create on top of the scratch you buy this to fix.

Not quite the right shade
Very high quality paint, but the color is visibly darker than the rest of the car. My car is an older model and the paint recipe may have changed over the years. It may benefit you to compare your body color to a different model year. Otherwise you'll need a paint shop to mix it exactly.
