superb album at a great price

A giant amongst 20th century singer/song writers, on a par with Don Mclean. Everyone knows the excellent title song and the other tracks do not disappoint, especially pleasing (and familiar) are "Sweet baby James" and "Fire and rain". You'll want to sing along as he sings (from Fire and Rain) "I always thought that I'd see you again".There there don't cry you sentimental fool, just buy this CD. Enjoy

Whether you are a big fan or not, ignore the really well known tracks, there are some really great ones on this album. Musicality and quality is superb and will test your stereos' ability to cope with it.Well worth a good listen

Love this CD, he has a wonderful voice

Who doesn't like James Taylor? That gentle voice and melodies that evoke thoughts of meadows and summer sunshine. Sampled in numerous hit songs, covered by other stars in various musical genres, James Taylor is a classic and his music continues to inspire.

Went to see James Taylor recently and he was brilliant. Took me back to my earlier life so had to have a CD of his older songs. A great listen and his voice still sounds the same as it did then.

This cd is a very good quality recording it must have been remastered. I enjoyed it. Some classic tracks.. Enjoy
