Save Your Money, Even if It's On Sale for $1.00
This is, without question, the worst product I have ever purchased. When I purchased it, it wasn't the shiny metallic model sold now but rather a blue and green hose that hawked its light weight (and it is quite light), flexibility (yes, it's flexible), lack of kinking (not so), durability (not so) and high pressure rating (I haven't tried running over it with the car, but I might before I throw it away). My experience was quite different: (1) It leaks. I have tried everything, on multiple faucets, and it leaks, no matter how carefully it is tightened. (2) It kinks to no end, even when full of water. I don't know how that is even possible, but it does. Make sure you roll it out perfectly flat before you turn the water on, and never dare move the hose afterward if you want a good experience. It's almost like it wants to kink! (3) The included nozzle is maybe the most useless piece of nothing I have ever bought. And I mean it! Today, the water suddenly stopped coming out. It turned out to be an internal failure - some piece of plastic broke off internally and blocked the water flow. I mean, the entire nozzle weighs only a few ounces, so that didn't surprise me. So now I am off to the hardware store to touch and feel and gauge the durability of my next hose and nozzle. In all seriousness, if you spend a dollar for yours, be aware you still aren't getting a deal. Not sure what is going on with all the five-star ratings, but my personal experience is decidedly different.

Stainless hose
I loved the hose until I got a blow out right below the nozzle just over a month after purchase. Would like to try another because it’s light and easy, but if this blows too. No more!

hose failed after 6 weeks
Hose failed after 6-8 weeks. I first liked it. coiled up nicely, did not kink. Nozzle was a piece of junk however, but I just put on an old one I had to solve the nozzle problem. Unfortunately it spring a leak in the middle of the 50-foot hose. No way to patch or mend this type of hose. I have had 6-7 different of the rollup or coil non-kinking hoses in the last 3 years. They have all failed in less than a year. I am going back to the traditional hose. At least I can mend them if they get a leak instead of into the trash can.

Thin metal- Hose CAN break
Bought in September and it busted in November. Would be good for very very light duty work but moving it around it can kink and then split the thin metal.

Leaks under 1 year
I liked the aesthetics of this product and how it was lightweight. I bought it after seeing it last more than a year with my neighbor. It has been 10 months and my hose already has multiple leaks in throughout the entire span! Very disappointed. Thought I finally found a hose that would last.

Perfect for about 7 months
We purchased this hose in May 2025. I put it on an enclosed hose reel and it worked great. Then a week or so ago it began to leak profusely. There's a one and a half foot length of the hose in the middle where water just pours out. We've had a warm winter here in southern Arizona, so it has not been subject to freezing. I won't buy another, nor do I want it replaced by the manufacturer.

Started Leaking After a Year of Just Weekend Use
Started leaking after a year of just using it on the weekends. I only used it for regular things like watering the lawn or washing my car. The two ends where the hose connects started leaking so I replaced the rubber o-rings and they still leaked. You get what you pay with these cheap Chinese brands. The "Heavy Duty" in the title is just a suggestion I guess. I replaced it with a NeverKink hose which is assembled in the USA.

Didn’t fit onto our existing tap and very difficult to find the correct size at Bunnings

I cannot use the hose as it does not fit the standard tap directly or standard Tap connections in Australia. I will now need to go and see if I can find a connector that will suit this hose. very frustrating as the seller said it was universal
