Most useful addition to my kitchen
This review is after having the newer model for 5 monthsTL;DR - This is the best purchase you'll make this yearI bought this aerator (the older model) back in september last year and it was the best purchase I'd made, but around december my roommate was doing the dishes and pushed it too far and broke the plastic around the swivel (not present in the current model). I contacted the customer support and they immediately offered a completely replaced unit. I sent them my info and within a few days this new model arrived. This model does everything that the old model did, but they fixed almost all of the problems with the older model. This aerator is sturdy and feels like it will last for a while. The only bit that still doesn't work great is the switching between water only coming from the outside or water on the inside as well. It worked great at first but over time it takes a few pushes to get it to actually switch. But you rarely ever have to switch it, and I've found that the outside has more pressure than the inside (Because the inside "directed" stream isn't pressurized by closing off the outer water stream, so it is relieving pressure. But either way, this thing is awesome when it comes to power. Makes doing the dishes so much easier, especially in a house like mine of four guys. Makes cleanup after dinner so much nicer.

Very attractive and functional
In my old house, I had a kitchen spigot with a built-in swivel tip. So handy, but the kitchen in my new house did not have this feature. I was not able to find a comparable kitchen fixture, so I looked for an add-on swivel tip for my existing spigot. Most of them are very unattractive and clearly are not "original equipment" on the spigot. This one was easy to install (unscrew the mesh tip and screw this faucet head on) and blends in with the spigot so well that it does not look like an add-on. Not only is it directional, one also can rotate the head itself to choose either a narrower, more forceful spray or a slightly wider, gentler spray. Our water has a lot of calcium in it. Shower heads tend to accumulate calcium deposits over time. This has not happened yet with this sprayer head, but if it does, it will be easy to take it off for a vinegar soak to remove calcium deposits.

Casing is vulnerable
I had been EXTREMELY pleased with this product. VERY simple to install, and beyond my expectations in performance. And awesome value for the price. My ONLY caveat so far is that, not long after 3 months, the casing sprung a pin-hole leak. The casing appears to be "chromed", or chrome-finish plastic, and the pressure of my faucet (which is HIGH) may be beyond the tolerance if this product. It's also possible I inadvertently banged it with a pan.Just be careful of it. 😁

Wow just freaking wow.
OMG I cannot believe this thing works so well. It has increased my water pressure 10 fold. So I don't even have to turn it all the way on. Prepping dishes for the dishwasher is now so much simpler. Washing hair, cleaning veggies, heck filling the watering can for my garden is so much simpler. I wish I had known about this sooner. All 3 of the functions work on my sink. I read in other reviews some people only had 1 or 2. But mine does all 3 as described in the video and description. My partner had to install it as I could not get the regular faucet cover off due to my arthritis. But he said it was super simple to install. The instructions from what I can remember were simple and included pictures. I purchased the chrome 1 color which is a bit brighter than the sink in this apartment but hey idc because It works and is so much better than what was there previously. I just hope I don't forget it when we move. Because it is definitely going with me. I wish they had one that was so inexpensive and larger for the shower as our water pressure is pathetic. Who knew this little thing would have such a great impact. Not this woman. But I am grateful.

Shoddy, difficult to install, leaky, unpleasant spray, flow too restricted for kitchen use
Our household hated this faucet head. It was tough to install and I never got it to a point where it didn't leak, and the leaking got worse over time. The holes where the water comes out are tiny, and create a massive amount of spray and mist, and you'll spray all over yourself if you're trying to wash something. There is not a good setting for filling a cooking pot - it's slow to fill and again - you get sprayed. It's also very poor quality. We had this for three months, and it very quickly stopped working well - the button to change the spray setting stopped working correctly within a month, and eventually it was almost impossible to switch the setting. The metallic finish wore off, it looked like crap, and it just feels very cheaply made. Also, the small holes where the water comes out got blocked easily and they started spraying at odd angles...making the spray issue even worse.I bought a replacement faucet head from a different brand, in a different style, that was metal construction. It is infinitely better in every conceivable way, and it only cost like $7 dollars more. Don't buy this product, there's way better options out there. I'm probably not allowed to recommend alternative products here, but if you look through my reviews, you'll see the other one I bought in March 2021. It's seriously great, especially since I had this POS to compare it with.
