Hands Of Tibet Tibetan Mala Rudraksha Wrist Mala/Bracelet for Meditation

While the product looked like expected, the string broke on LITERALLY the first day after about 1 hour of wearing and it left an orange stain on my wrist after very, very minor perspiration. Not pleased with this at all.

Sadly this isn’t an authentic Rudraksha.. these are plastic beads. Quite disappointed, as I was super excited to receive this in the mail. :(

I wanted to wait to leave a review until I had the seeds tested. I sent them, and other rudrakshas that I own, to be expertly verified to be genuine 5-mukti rudraksha seeds. Not that I did not trust the seller or other reviews--however, I do use them for puja and health purposes, so I wanted to be sure.Well, I got the results back today, and they are genuine 5-mukti rudraksha seeds of Indonesian origin. Great Quality!Just be sure to take care of them, with regular oiling and making sure only to use cool fresh water on the beads. That way this piece will last generations! I thought others would be interested in knowing that these tested verified untampered rudraksha.As for the bracelet wear--Just make sure to pull the side hard to open the bracelet (otherwise it will look like it would only fit a baby hand)--you have to pull the bracelet out--then slip on the wrist, and pull the two strings to tighten. You won't break the bracelet pulling hard (the beads are strung on braided nylon), and once you break them in you will not have to pull so hard each time to open the bracelet.

Reading the other reviews I thought this item would run large so I ordered a small. I am having a hard time fitting it over my hand. The ties are as small as they can go and do not open larger. I am concerned that it will break when I slide it off and on each morning and it is a nice looking bracelet.I may order a second one in a larger size because the bracelet seems very well made. The knotting in the ties is very well done.I am certain the size issue is due to this mala bracelet being hand craftedThe cloth bag that they shipped with it to store it in is also nice & It arrived very quickly.
