I have suffered from back pain since my early teens and I'm now into my 30s and never found something that has worked. Medical advice has always been different and every diagnosis has been different. I saw a video on YouTube from an American chiropractor who spoke about SI joint instability, and how something like a trauma from falling or anything can cause a sprain on the SI tendon, this in turn can cause the muscle joining the pelvis to become stiff and then cause further pain up the back as you are trying to compensate. He recommended this type of treatment which pulls the pelvic bone together allowing time for the sprain to repair itself.I bought this as it was much cheaper than the one the chiropractor suggested, and so far I am quite surprised. I'm not completely pain-free, but I have noticed much more mobility. I noticed a few clicks in the bottom of my back on the first day which I haven't heard it years and was actually quite nice!The belt is actually good quality, it supports you well and has a good grip.I wear it under my trousers during waking hours and it's comfortable. I don't notice it all that much. The sizing fits well and I am hoping this could be the start of a recovery!The velcro holds very well, I don't have to keep readjusting and has a lot of stretch to really hold everything in.

This is the 4th belt I have bought and the only one that has helped with the pain. It's not a miracle belt but just gives that bit of relief. I have found it's works better for me if I don't tighten it too much as I did the first few days.Well worth trying at the price.

The belt is ok if you are suffering from a bit of discomfort and you are looking for a small amount of support, but it definitely wouldn't be much use if you needed a lot of support because you are in great discomfort. The belt looks nice, is discreet and is comfortable but if you need a lot of support then maybe you need to look at different options.

It is comfortable to wear it fits good. It supports your body.

Very good. I had lived with back pain for nearly a month - recurring as have bursitis in hips too - but the relief was amazing. Very comfortable too when walking.

I have bought a much more expensive belt in fact 4 times there price of this one - this is 200 X better - I have been able to just do the school run with no pain whatsoever this morning the first time I have put it to the test - it is not bulky but very supportive so is concealed well under clothes it is light but strong - I really wish I’d bought this a year ago as I have been in debilitating pain from sacroilitis and bursitis - pain is all but gone whilst wearing this !!! Will buy again
