Couldn't find anything that ticked all the boxes so made do.I hoped this would have the o ring as in the picture but no. Could have saved a few quid had I not been mislead - the warning signs were there from reviews of other sellers.It has a foam gasket but no o ring around the screw shaft. I added a rubber washer on screw shaft, m4 A2 stainless steel countersunk bolts, washers and nuts instead of the screws and put marine grade sealant on everything before assembly. Also shaved some of the shaft protruding into the kayak hull to level it so all water should drain. I used 24mm drill bit for hole - you may get away with 23mm for tight fitting but don't hold me to it. Sceptical of foam gasket endurance - may be better off without it and a rubber washer /+ sealant. Haven't tested it on the water yet...
