This is a well written summation of advice on issues that may concern nudists or those considering exploring nudism with a family in mind. All topics covered are useful and, in my experience, representative of good naturist practices.

This is NOT a comprehensive book on nudism. It is a small pamphlet tackling all the difficult and controversial issues about nudism and the family. Anyone who rated this less than 4-5 stars did not read the details carefully. It is listed as 48 pages and it is a very quick read. It is well worth the $10 investment and the author explains what TO DO and what NOT TO DO when it comes to nudism.

The book is composed to give an idea as to the practice of family nudism.The author has presented personal experience gathered over discussions supposedly with a section of concerned population.The best part is that the authors have said to be in practice and thus assuring benefits and advantages they have experienced. But it requires an open mind set to read and then think about adaptation.
