Comfortable and supportive
I have a pinched nerve in my neck at the moment which means I can’t find any comfortable position to sleep or sit. I decided to try a cervical pillow, I went with this one because it was relatively cheap. It’s helped a lot with being able to sleep, because it aligns my neck and spine it’s taken a bit of the pressure off the nerve and given me some respite from the pain. Really impressed. It comes with 2 inserts, one for softer and one for a firmer pillow. For the price this is an exceptionally good pillow!

Good but not perfect
Having told by both a chirpractor and a physiotherapist that I needed to change my pillow in order to help my neck, after much searching I went for this one as it seemed to offer more chances of it working for me that anything others. There are two interchangeable foam inserts that you can slip into a cutout in the base of the main body, one softer than the other. I find that even with the softest, the centre of the pillow below where the head will lie is still too thick and doesn't allow the spine to straighten out. I've removed the insert completely and it's definitely better, but the edge of the pillow isn't solid enough to support the neck when side-sleeping, and too much for back-sleeping.Apart from that it's certainly comfortable, but my £80 big-name memory foam pillow which was sooo comfortable was not what my neck needed. Sometimes a little less comfort is better for the body and you just need to get used to it.As I've found nothing better yet, I'm sticking with this one but it could be slightly better so I'm giving 4* only. It may be just right for others though, so I'd certainly recommend giving it a try at least.Note: you do have a legal right to open packaging in order to inspect an item bought online, and for most items also the right to try them out in order to decide whether it's fit for the purpose for which you bought it. Talk to the seller if you need to clarify his view.

Mind blown, It really WORKS!!!!
I have cervical spondylosis and I have suffered in agony for some years! I have invested stupid amounts of money in the best branded pillows, tempur, simba, Benson, silent night, even tried the special shaped pillows and nothing worked. Bedtime was a constant living nightmare of pain and discomfort, frustration and aggression. I was also spending hundreds of pounds on physiotherapy to try help with the pain but nothing was helping. A few nights with this pillow and I could immediately feel improvement in pain levels! It's been a few weeks now and I feel so much better, its hard to believe my pain was like a 9 most nights and now I'm down to like 2 or 3 at worst. It's not a magic wand but this polillow has been absolutely amazing for me. I need to get a backup pillow or a lifetimes supply of them! I use the winged side not the traction side that shows in the image and that seems to work for my injury. Have also recommended this pillow to my physiotherapist to recommended to his other clients, that's how much I rate this pillow!

Best one yet
Had a few pillows over the past 18 months following ACDF surgery (neck). This one is by far the best in respect of support and comfort. Really pleased with the quality and shape. Can be used either way round for more neck or more shoulder support which is a nice feature, and you just turn it round (so nothing needs changing with the inserts). Hopefully it carry on being good.

Possible not for everyone
Now I have found this far better then any normal pillow, no more neck pain, dead arms or waking in the night BUT wow do I get hot. I'm not sure if it's the current weather but sweaty pillow!

Undecided
I have had this pillow for a few months now, but am undecided if it is helping or not. I cannot sleep on it as shown in the pictures as it is too low for me. I have to have another pillow on top of it, which preobably takes away from the value if it, I do sleep on my front and or side but find that the sleeping positions shown are very uncomfortable and do not work for me. On the other hand I have kept the pillow and use it every night so I do like it.

Well made
I recently tried the Elviros Cervical Contour Memory Foam Pillow in Dark Grey, and while it's well-made, it unfortunately didn't alleviate my neck and shoulder pain as expected, even though I gave it a good go.Despite this, I appreciate its quality, earning it a 4-star rating. Ideal for those seeking adjustable ergonomic neck support, it might work better for others.

Excellent pillow
I've been using this pillow for four months and have found it extremely comfortable. The memory foam interior shows no signs of wear and it holds its shape throughout a night's sleep. The outer case is easily detachable and washes up well. Of the two interchangeable inserts I've found the softer one suits me best although I'm sure some people will find the firmer one preferable.
