The Best Review is while using the VERY product to type this review
I have had this laptop for 7 years now (I think...) and I am confident enough to say that it works. Haven't had any issues. It also helps that I'm using right now to type this review of the very thing that I purchased from Amazon.

Finally a laptop that runs extremely well
I've had two different laptops from HP and ASUS that ran extremely bad. They were junk new out of the box. This laptop from Lenovo runs very fast and smooth. Very fast boot up and fast opening the browser and other websites . What I did find out is the windows 11 is very difficult to use. It won't allow me to download printer programs from cannon.com. it makes me really mad that Microsoft stopped this low to prevent downloading programs you need for your printer. Microsoft says use their store to get needed programs. I tried that and still failed. Now I'm faced calling Microsoft for help and I shouldn't have to do that. To me windows 11 is a worthless program. The computer itself is really great. In the end, what it amounts to is Microsoft holds your computer at ransom . Apple doesn't use this tactic from what I've read about Mac computers. Mac computers has several programs that are used to scan anything you download. Why doesn't Microsoft provide the protections when you need to download from the internet instead of their store. Microsoft store diffenatly does not have everything you need in their store. Generic software drivers do not work for everyone and generic software is not the same as factory software that comes with the hardware you use to print / scan or copy. Microsoft also slowed down my laptop when I shut off the S software for security . If Microsoft offered everything under the sun people need for their laptops then they would not need to resort such tactics like threatening to slow down your computer.

Set up with a local account.
So far so good. I was unhappy with it until I set it up without a Microsoft account. I read a review from a woman who is very disappointed because she couldn’t install the games that her children liked. That’s because she set up a Microsoft account instead of a local account. If you set it up with the default instructions, it will lead you to create a Microsoft account. If you set it up with a Microsoft account, you’ll have to go through the Microsoft store for any apps or games that you would like to install. you will want to set it up with a local account rather than a Microsoft account. If you decide to set the laptop up without a Microsoft account before you even turn on your new machine go on line and get the instructions on how to set up with a local account. You will be much happier with the freedom to install any app or game you choose even if it is not in the Microsoft store. You can still use the Microsoft store if you choose and you can still have a Microsoft account. If you have already set it up with a microsoft account you can still start over as I did. As I have learned many time the easy way is not always the best way.

Great price for what you get.
I am happy with product; using it for online college. Suggestion to ensure to get yourself a mouse and a laptop sleeve.

Junk laptop - deserves less than zero satisfaction rating!
I purchased this laptop for my sister May 15th to replace similar Lenovo laptop (Lenovo 2022 IdeaPad 3) purchased via Amazon on May 4th. 1st laptop was defective and after speaking with Amazon then Lenovo Support (Lenovo Support several times) decided to return it and start over with this laptop. After working through several issues getting Windows 11 to work properly this laptop suddenly would not charge - even plugged in. Five (5) service/problem tickets have been opened, laptop has been returned to Lenovo for repair, they installed a new motherboard but not battery. This took almost 6 weeks. Of course did nothing to resolve power issue - laptop still did not work even plugged in. New service ticket opened - Lenovo ordered parts - another motherboard and new battery - shipped directly to sister's house, service technician arrived next day installed new parts, booted laptop up and had my sister sign into Windows then left completing his part of ticket. Within hours same issue occurs - laptop dead - would not charge even plugged in then shut down completely. More calls to Lenovo service resulting in finally one nice person agreeing a new laptop should be sent and said he would get approval from his boss to do this....it has been over a week now and zero response from Lenovo to emails and calls during which the entire history has to be repeated. I am at my wits end and it's not even my computer! Was a gift and obviously a waste of money, time, energy, etc. You get what you pay for apparently although we thought this was a good purchase initially. Lenovo's Product Service has failed miserably. Maybe a bad product review will get some positive action and a new laptop for my sister.

Great laptop for the price!
I am very happy with this laptop. I bought it for my daughter. I didn't realize it came with Microsoft Windows S, which is a more secure version of the operating system and only allows you to install apps from the Microsoft Store. There are some who would not enjoy this, but for our purposes, this is perfect. I feel safer knowing that the applications I am installing have been vetted by Microsoft before I install them. I think this is the perfect laptop to purchase for someone who is less technical and doesn't understand the importance of not clicking and installing everything under the sun.The laptop itself came with a Terrabyte of disk space (almost unheard of these days in lower priced laptops) and 20 Gigs of RAM (way more than usual in laptops of this price).I would purchase another of these in a heartbeat, if I needed to.
