Great product I mean excellent item.

I ordered this watch off Prime and didn't receive it in a timely manner. To make a long story short I worked with customer service to receive this watch, and I did finally receive it. First off it fits great on my wrist. The bracelet is very comfortable. The crystal is only mineral glass, which nearly turned me away, but I decided that I wasn't going to be rough with it so sapphire crystal wasn't a requirement. The lume on the watch doesn't really assist with timekeeping in the dark, it only illuminates the number "4" and nothing else. No matter, I'm not going to be caving with it. Now the best part: the accuracy on this watch is superb. Citizen is known for their accurate movements, and their Ecodrive models are way better than most quartz movements. I set the time on this watch to the atomic clock by hand, and over a month later it is still literally exactly the same time as the atomic clock. No drift at all, which astonishes me. At this rate it'll be off by less than 10 seconds over a full year, and that's better than a Seiko Springdrive or a Bulova Precisionist. All for a watch that cost about $250 when I bought it.

Just perfect

I love this watch. It is as good as it looks.

Solid construction and beautiful detail. The colors of the dial are very rich and have depth. The bezel has a perfect mirror polish. Time will tell, but for now it looks awesome.

The face was a little bigger then I wanted. So I exchanged it.

This is a very nice watch, bought as a gift. Fun design and the recipient loves it. But beware that the band is very, very difficult to adjust yourself. Even carefully following the manufacturer's instructions we required additional tools (they suggest a paperclip but that wasn't anywhere near strong enough) and much more force than seems reasonable. You also have to be very cautious of scratching the finish. We managed it eventually, as it was Christmas and no jewelers were open, but I'd recommend taking it to a professional to adjust.

Its a beautiful piece. I'm a basic watch guy. I dont need a big Rolex or major $$ amount thrown to a watch. This one is fantastic. Very pleased with details, the artwork, weight and more. The Citizen brand is great. Already have bought 2 more Disney Citizen watches
