Will this gold tone filter work with my Cuisinart 12 cup 1250 series ?

I don't think so. It seems your model requires a CONE gold-tone filter, not one with a flat bottom. I would check with the store from where you purchased it :)

Is this filter fit for the Cuisinart DCC-2000 on demand 12 cup programmable coffee maker model?

I bought this for a Cuisinart DGB-650 Series grind and brew Thermal 10 cup automatic coffee maker. Your DCC-2000 would have to be compatible/comparable to that.

What are the dimensions of this filter? Diameter across the top, diameter across the bottom and height?

The top is 4 3/8 the bottom is 3 5/16 the side is 2 3/8. Hope this helps
