DIM is strongly anti-estrogenic -- it destroys fat-storing estrogen. It helps block BAD estrogen that accumulates inside your body from constant exposure to environmental toxins including the ever-increasing number of common consumer products containing estrogen and xenoestrogens (estrogen mimickers). This estrogen hormone is the reason why many women store more belly fat as they age – and it's also responsible for chronically low testosterone levels in men. Stored estrogen makes it VERY difficult to lose weight. DIM not only reduces bad estrogen, it also acts as an immunostimulant, which means it can naturally boost your immune system.

I chose DIM from Double Wood because it has 400 mg of another great nutrient that Mother Nature has for us humans; but not least important, I chose this particular DIM because Double Wood is a respected producer of quality products. After researching where DIM is coming from ~and what it does for us men~ I looked for DIM made by a reliable brand. My research let me learned what DIM does for women, but being a man, I concentrated on benefits for the guys. I am not a doctor or scientist. I am not typing these words to advice either, but guys approaching middle-age should not disregard what tiny amounts of Estrogen has been doing to our Prostate Glands as years went by. Mother Nature thought of it, and created what scientists call DIM to neutralize Estrogen's bad habits. All we guys have to do is follow Mother Nature's trail.

Use this as a supplement to help with my hormone balance. I swear by it. I take one a day and will continue for the foreseeable future. There's no bad smell they are easy to swallow. If your running trt then this is a must have to keep your hormone levels down

Started taking Dim at two capsules a day, had to move to one capsule a day because it started to make me feel jittery, at one a day there's no problem, I'm using Dim because I'm taking testosterone, and don't want it converting to the bad estrogen. Just started so we'll see how it works on my next blood work. Besides that the price is great and I've 7sed the brands other products and really liked the performance. 5 stars so far.

This seems to do what it's supposed to. I'm taking it per Dr. Instructions to support me with my bioidentical hormone replacement.

Been using this product for awhile. On time and as described.

Absolutely terrible hives and swelling reaction that lasted a week! 400mg maybe too high too, most sources say we should be maxed out at 300 mg. Please do your research and reduce your dosage until you’re absolutely sure. Hives didn’t appear until 36 hours after the first dose. Only two pills were taken total and effects lasted forever. Took a lot of Benadryl and hoped for the best- lost time at work and had embarrassing encounters with the swollen face. Do not recommend!!! Check Reddit, there’s several cases like mine.
