Great product and easy to operate. The wheelchair is already put together from shipping. Just plug in a wire into another and voila it’s that easy. More trouble getting it out of the box than getting it unfolded and ready for operation

The wheelchair itself is great, but the charger that came with it was completely destroyed. It wasn't packaged well.

Turn speed down for steering control.

The leg rests are an unbelievable aggravation. When folded up they take up room on the seat and I had a catheter bag for a while and the leg rest design was a problem for me. The rest of the chair is OK. It's a bit too heavy for the guys to put in my car when I need to use the car and I have to use my manual chair. I have ordered a lightweight electric wheelchair that weighs 30# and will donate this one.

It is fairly light and folds easily. It has an SOS button you can push to let people around you that you need help. The wheelie bar is too close to the ground. It does not stop quickly after you release the control, it will roll for several feet. At first I got reasonable use out of it before having to charge the battery; I can't say that now. The seller reached out with specific instructions on waiting to charge it until battery is very low; that did no good. It has lost at least 40% of its power in less than 2 miles after the last charge. The manual brake is not connected very well; I brushed against something and it is very loose on the frame. The thing talks to you and will scare the crap out of you the first time you use it. You can mute it.

The weight is there but is compact. The cushion is removable and washable.

This little bag seems to made of nylon, so it feels kind of cheap and thin, but I feel like it will last quite a while. The zipper is smooth with no hanging, and the pockets are sewn securely to the base. The straps are quite high-quality Velcro and supports QUITE a bit of weight securely - I had no fear of the bag falling or tearing, even with my phone, a full water bottle, a power bank, keys, a notebook, pens, flashlight, and a few other small items in the pockets, making it quite heavy. I think the only thing about it is that it was a bit tricky getting it situated right with the Velcro straps - it kept wanting to twist one way or another, and when I removed items the whole bag tended to move around with it. It would be better if there were two more straps at the bottom to just secure it a little better. It was also smaller than I expected - there is plenty of room for a larger bag, but I think I will grow to like how this one is more compact. At first I was going to rate this three stars, just from taking it out of the box and initial handling - but once I tested it by using it, I was impressed enough to increase the rating to four. Nice little bag!
