After being on a health kick and losing considerable amount of weight I was advised to start taking these along with my other supplements. I have noticed since taking them they give me a bit of a boost for the day which was much needed. The fact they also taste great is just a bonus. They are good quality and real value for money, i was taking creatine powelder before but these are easier to take as they taste so good. My hairdresser noticed my hair had been growing quicker after taking these for 3 months.

They don’t taste too great. Very sweet with a more gel-like than gummy texture that only gets stuck in your teeth. I have a sweet tooth as it is, so I thought I wouldn’t mind, but even for me, it’s a little too cloying.

Really great tasting vitamins. Good value for money and reasonably priced.

Easy to chew nice flavour, I find 1 a day occasionally 2 is enough for me
