Per the description, it says 500 lbs.

Q: Can any squat rack hold this barbell?

No. Make sure the rack is for the length of the bar. My rack holds a 7-foot. I use the 6 as my landmine bar. Still a good bar for me.

Q: How much weight is the bar itself?

The 5ft bar weighs 22 lbs, the Curl Bar weighs 11 lbs.

Q: Are the ends on this bar capped or have a nut?

Hex bolt, even though the ad falsely described the bar as being capped with bronze bushings
