Arrived safely well packaged, worked right away, I know how to use these as had a well known brand more expensive stopped working, I actually thought my old one was good but Wow This absolutely brilliant!!, was far quicker and ny face left so Much smoother especially on my top lip, I absolutely love these wee handy devices, great for traveling, I never go anywhere without mine, I was upset when old one stopped working but now I'm actually Glad Lol because this wee beauty is FAR BETTER!!the fact it has trimmer for eyebrows, not that IL need that tbh,wee brush and wee box to store it safely in,so far I'm well impressed And I highly recommend this ladies especially when woman of a certain age 50+ Like myself and the joys of the menapause brings us but us older woman still need to feel good about ourselves, there's some things we can't unfortunately do anything about,the changes but there are PLENTY we can.highly recommend 100 percent

very efficient trimmer. 2 in 1 functions excellent. Customer services Mia very helpful when I enquired re replacement heads. Because this trimmer does not have replacement heads she organised a complete new 2 in 1 trimmer . This has been delivered and I am very satisfied with service and product.

I was happy with my old hair remover, but because I was going on holiday, I thought a rechargeable one would be better than the battery operated one. At first I bought one for about forty pounds which suggested it worked for facial hair, but I found it far too big. I tried again with this one, believing it would not be much good for the price. How wrong I was! Great design, quiet, quick to use and an unexpected eyebrow trimmer too. Really pleased with it and very happy to endorse it. Didn’t need to charge it at all while away (2 weeks) either.

Excellent piece of kit. I’ve used the eyebrow trimmer and found it easy to shape my brows. I’ve also used the facial head for removing hairs on my upper lip. The battery life is good and the little brush works well for keeping the device free of hair. This device appears to be of a good standard, the on/off switch feels less flimsy than my previous device. I’m very happy with this product and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Not brilliant but it does work You have to run the shaver over each area many times to catch the hairs and I think it could cause a rash if not careful. I use it to reduce the growth but don't use it until the area is clear of hairs as I think the skin would become too raw.

This product is worth the price and it's effective, removed my facial hair and smothens my face. It's definitely worth recommending for anyone who requires a good product.

Like this product a lot! Having been through several other versions I’ve now learnt that these devices do not have an indefinite life span. Expectations for longevity adjusted I can safely say that this is to date my preferred device given its precision head which totally makes eyebrow sculpture achievable and its flat head that devours the peach fuzz smothering my face. Good price given its multi function and soft on skin feel. -wife purchase and review!

It has a life span of 2 years only. I had purchased in July 2023 and the recharge mechanism is dead now in 2 years.
